Superior Walls is a national franchise operation with over 25 US locations that install unique building foundation solutions. Their new marketing director felt that the previous web site was not an accurate reflection of their operations' offerings and benefits. The web site redevelopment project was engaged to revamp their strategic marketing program. The focus for the web site project was to effectively educate consumers about their unique products, better manage web leads in the franchise network, and attract potential franchisees.

Superior Walls found our firm through a local Internet Marketing seminar that we conducted to educate firms on managing their online identity. After several discovery discussions, our creative and technology teams were engaged as their new partner to help the firm create a next-generation web presence with improved dynamic function. We focused on applying industry principals and progressive design concepts to develop a site presence that created a distinctive market position for Superior Walls and emphasized projecting them as an industry leader. We worked in collaboration with their new ad agency to ensure that the overall vision was successfully communicated. We have also integrated an improved web lead management system for their corporate office and a dynamic FAQ posting application. Our technology teams were also in charge of working with third-party application developers to integrate a plan for franchise infrastructure management. As their trusted advisor, we are currently discussing development of long-term franchise network site tools for branding consistency, as well as a more powerful back-end tool to manage the franchise infrastructure.
