Concept
For more than 30 years, American Home Life International (AHLI) has been the leading provider of American Homestay and Education Programs for international students. They approached Sharp with the desire to modernize their site with an easily managed framework, updated custom design, and content to reflect changes to their organization throughout the years. Migrating from their previous CMS to WordPress was a vital part of this project, as their old system was difficult to navigate and manage.
Solution
AHLI's new site was built using the latest web technologies, which provided them a fast, responsive website built on a custom WordPress theme. Key to this site was an added interactive map of schools with in-depth listing information and custom filtering of attributes, all of which can be edited through the WordPress admin interface by the AHLI team. The use of WordPress as a CMS allowed for their team to login on the backend and easily make updates to the site themselves to all parts of the website as needed to keep it up-to-date with the latest news and information.
