Concept
Timber Made Design sells high quality, unique woodworking pieces and came to Sharp Innovations looking for a new website to replace their Shopify site with the intention of lowering on-going costs and increasing scalability by collecting more revenue per sale through eliminating Shopify's fees. They needed a fresh, custom design that was responsive and modern to appeal to their audience. The new site needed to be easily updated to provide product information and make the buying process seamless for site visitors.
Solution
Sharp Innovations created a user-friendly website through our custom design process in collaboration with the client that highlights their product categories and makes it easy for users to browse their inventory and make purchases directly from the site. We installed and configured WooCommerce functionality and customizations including order emails, status updates, payment processing, user accounts and management, and reporting tools. We also configured automatic, dynamically generated coupons to encourage user engagement by intenctivizing things like product reviews and repeat business. Additionally, the client invested in SEO services to try and drive more traffic to their site and increase sales for those who get to the site by way of on-going strategic collaboration with the Sharp Innovations marketing team.
