Concept
Zest!, a locally owned storefront in the heart of Lititz, Pennsylvania, is a culinary lover’s delight. They contacted Sharp Innovations and wanted a new website that would quickly highlight the Lititz store, Spice Shoppe, cooking classes, and their hand-crafted recipes. From early in the design, an emphasis was placed on an online e-commerce store that would be easy to use for potential customers of the shop.
Solution
Our front-end and back-end development teams coordinated to create a custom WordPress theme for Zest! Special care and custom development work was required to fulfill the needs of the e-commerce platform for their online store. Key integrations included Lightspeed POS and Ship Station. The website is fully responsive and includes animations that help highlight the site’s content.
In addition to custom WooCommerce development for the Spice Shoppe, Zest Classes can be booked online through a customized class calendar powered by the popular The Events Calendar and RoundUp Registrations. Visitors can sort and find suitable cooking classes, see class availability, and read up on class details to quickly get into a local cooking class of their choice.
The interactive online recipes allow customers to check off ingredients as they create a dish at home. The Sharp Innovations team is proud of the result and looks forward to partnering with Zest! for many years to come.
