Sharp Innovations is proud to offer a new, more proactive hosting and maintenance service for clients who value more consistent check-ins from our team. For an additional investment of only $12.00 per month, a member of our full-time support team will contact you once per month to see if there are any problems with your service, any updates you would like us to make to your website, or if there are any other ways our team can be of assistance.
Your response to our monthly inquiries is purely optional. But for those who would rather focus on their business instead of babysitting their website, this service can help ensure your online presence is being looked after and maintained on a regular basis.
~ Programming / Support Policy
- For any 1-star client that requests something that a non-programmer can’t do in support, then it is $175/hour, and if it requires over 1-hour of time, it gets scheduled with the development team vs. handled by support.
- Any hacked Wordpress site that we host (any hosting level) is included but if it’s over 3-hours of work time it is then $175/hour billable and scheduled.
- Any smaller programming support requests from clients that are on 2-star or higher that are 3- hours or less, are covered by their program.
How much storage and bandwidth will my plan include?
Site storage and bandwidth is "Unmetered" to protect you from being charged according to the amount of disk space or bandwidth you use unexpectedly. However, we do require customers to only use the site storage and bandwidth in limit to what their plan allows, and bandwidth that can be reasonably sustained by the server.
What if I exceed usage?
If we have issues with your bandwidth or site storage use, we aren’t going to bill you. But when we detect overuse we’ll reach out, explain the issue, and see if your overuse can be reduced If not, then we’ll recommend to you to either upgrade your plan or by modify into custom plan.
It is not common for our customers to exceed our plan limits using their site as intended.
